In keeping with our commitment to the local community, all our invoices will incur a 5% charge which is in favour of the local Village Association “Association des Bassins d’Imlil” and Education For All . The Association Bassins d’Imlil covers the whole of the surrounding valleys. This association provides the ambulance that you see in Imlil which provides a service to the local population and visitors, other community projects that have been undertaken include the rubbish clearance system and the provision of the village Hammam. Education For All helps provide college education for girls from the rural High Atlas. THE 5% LEVY IS ALSO ADDED TO ALL CHARGES MADE AT THE KASBAH.
Please note that all excursions/trekking/guided walks that are not pre-booked and paid to Discover Ltd. in the UK but are booked locally at Kasbah du Toubkal, Imlil, Morocco, are booked with the Moroccan company Kasbah du Toubkal SARL and/or Mountain Voyage SARL. Discover Ltd. is not a party to these ‘Extras’ that are booked locally at Kasbah du Toubkal and/or Dar Imlil (‘Extras’: Excursions, Treks, Guided Walks, Meals etc). The contract for these locally booked services is between the client and the Moroccan organisations and come under Moroccan law.
We would also like to draw your attention to our generic risk assessments which will be attached to the email sent with your invoice confirmation. We hope you find these risk assessments useful, they are not an exhaustive list. It is your responsibility to decide if you want to do a particular activity and you should be aware that walking and mule riding in a mountainous area such as the High Atlas is likely to have a greater element of risk than these activities on the flat.
Payments will be debited in GBP as Discover Ltd is a UK based company. The euro prices are converted to GBP at the prevailing exchange rate and your invoice will detail the GBP amount payable.
If your booking involves us issuing you with UK airline tickets, your tickets will be posted to you.
Your accommodation booking confirmation will be sent to you electronically.
Cancellation at any time up to 48 hours before arrival date: cancellation charge of 50% of invoice value or 1 day's Bed & Breakfast whichever is the greater from the point of making a confirmed booking.
No Shows and cancellations 48 hours or less before arrival date: 100% of invoice value from the point of making a confirmed booking.
All cancellations are subject to Management’s discretion.

(i) Up to 90 days before departure for reasons related to COVID pandemic, you may postpone your stay with no penalty, and receive a credit note valid for 12 months.
(ii) If Morocco is closed or your Country Of Departure is closed on or up to 21 days before your departure date due to COVID you may have a credit note valid for 12 months or a full refund.
