How to make a booking
Help us to help you:
As the reputation of the Kasbah has grown from satisfied guests, been written up in more and more press articles and won various awards it has become increasingly popular and it is true, that particularly during high season, demand is greater than our limited supply. So booking early is recommended.
Below we describe the quickest and easiest way of making a CONFIRMED booking, unfortunately we cannot take provisional bookings as these block out people wishing to make confirmed bookings and we have decided this is unfair.
How to make a confirmed booking:
If you are ready to book, know which dates and room/s you wish to book have confirmed that they are still available by checking availability using the following links: Accommodation availability 2013 or Accommodation availability 2014. Please note this is not true online availability but gives a good idea of our current availability as it is updated regularly. Your request for a confirmed booking is subject to final confirmation by us. Once you have checked availability, complete the online booking form.
These confirmed requests will be given priority within our email system and be handled on a first come first served basis. On receipt of your request for a confirmed booking, if the rooms are available we will reserve them and issue you with a confirmation invoice detailing how you can go to our secure invoice payment system and pay your invoice by Debit or Credit card. Once you have paid your invoice your booking will become a CONFIRMED booking in our system, if you do not pay the invoice within the time specified the booking will run the risk of automatically being removed from our system. If we are unable to fulfill your request we will contact you suggesting possible alternatives.
Telephone Reservation office hours based in France (normally UK time 08.00 hours to 16.00 hours Monday to Friday)
Again if you have checked our availability and are ready to make a confirmed booking then telephone us on 00 33 5 49 05 01 35 when we will be able to look at our reservation planner in real time and reserve your dates and then issue you with a confirmation invoice for payment as described above.

Morocco Risk Assessment
We have put together a risk assessment that is designed to highlight some of the potential hazards involved in a trip to Morocco. The Assessment shows how Discover Ltd has attempted to reduce these risks and how individuals can reduce the risk to themselves. Any activity represents a level of risk and this is often increased when people move away from their normal environment. Travel around Morocco is not in itself dangerous, but conditions found will be different to Europe or North America. Statuary standards of safety are normally lower than in Western Countries and travellers need to understand this when visiting Morocco.

(NB Kasbah is not licenced so bring your own drink if you want).
There is no alcohol available between Marrakech and the Kasbah. However, you can bring your own drinks to the Kasbah. If the Kasbah arranges your transfers for you, you can ask the driver to take you to a wine shop to buy your own beer/ wine or whilst you are in Marrakech you can visit the New Town, Guéliz where there are shops selling wine etc.
More information about the historical weather data for the Kasbah area can be found in the weather section.
