The Kasbah du Toubkal (often misspelt Kasbah de Toubkal) (1800m), just 60km from Marrakech, is situated at the foot of Jbel Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. It is a Berber hospitality centre (hotel/auberge stressing hospitality over traditional hotel service) for groups including school groups about 40 days a year (please ask if you want to avoid those dates) and individuals; stay for a few hours or a week!
